There is a variety of technical support options available to RW Salt customers on request;

Telephone Technical

Anyone that rings our direct sales telephone line is connected directly to our technical sales department, there is no annoying auto telephone system and no time consuming inter department transfer, whenever the phone is answered you are connected to a qualified experienced technical sales representative who can advise on any and all aspects of the products we represent and if they can’t give you an answer to a technical query immediately we guarantee to call, you back with an answer within thirty minutes. Our sales team are trained and able to take queries relating to commercial audio, pro audio and secure audio system enquiries and there is no limit to how long the call takes, they are happy to talk to you for as long as you need to. 

End User Support

The divisional manager from any of our three sales divisions will accompany our customers on request when they make initial visits to take project briefs from their clients. This service has proved particularly effective if any of our customers have been invited to tender for projects that are either larger than they normally undertake or if the projects are in areas of the audio spectrum that they are less familiar with. We can assist in making sure that the brief is imparted clearly and in detail so that we can then assist in making the correct recommendations reference specification and system design and recommend systems that meet end user needs on a first time basis. When we undertake this manner of support for and behalf of our customers we do so on the understanding that we are actually representatives of our customers and as such we do not introduce ourselves to your clients as being RW Salt Communications, this avoids any unnecessary confusion for your customer and effectively strengthens your bid for the project, we are effectively your employees for the duration of the meeting. RW Salt Communications make no charge for this service .

System Design

Whether you require a distributed system for a factory, superstore, distribution centre, theatre or even a stadium sound system we are happy to help and we have already helped dozens of our clients win significant contracts, including repeat business, through sound systems designed by RW Salt Communications. We have experience of designing sound systems for sports stadia, theatres, health centres, supermarkets, hotels, factories, hospitals and arenas to name but a few. We are happy to visit site to take primary information and then mark up plans and submit them with a specification and a quotation to you and don’t forget if your client isn’t sure we are happy to physically demonstrate the system in either all or part of their venue. RW Salt make no charge for the first day of system design, all further days are charged at £150 per eight hour day. A full outline of the total days required and the associated costs for same are imparted prior to any work being undertaken.
